Poseidon
The biggest issue is, that the movie should be like Jumanji, but the trailer just looks like it sells the movie to a very, very, very small group of males between 15-18. It's just weird.
Human
Jumanji 2's commercial highly appealed to the large demographic of people allergic to gluten.

Frank Baum already did that with The Forest of Burzee as shown in The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus. He and Rankin-Bass were really ahead of their time. And then there was "Santa CLaus" movie of the mid 80's a big budget Origin of Santa movie that bombed badly at the box office. Irony is, it was produced by the Salkind brothers, who produced the Chris Reeve Superman movies. A not so serious take on the Santa folklore that did very well at the box office in the 90's though, was 'The Santa Clause" ;CLause instead of Claus being a joke reference t the mian plot of the movie, where the main charecter who accdiently causes the demise of Santa finds out if you Kill Santa, you have to take his place. It Spawned a couple of movie sequels, and, more recently, a Disney Plus miniseries. Edited Tuesday at 10:11 PM by dudalb
