It's not getting DS/JJK/OPR/Conan level of shows or anything but seems pretty solid, especially since conan is still eating a ton of shows.

True but better than DS (16 shows). FYI, 34 shows No Way Home ~ Toho Shinjuku.

 

I am seeing it par with Jurassic World Dominion &better than Minions 2 shows count.

I meant mugen train, not the compilation Minions2 being below makes perfect sense, IIRC it wasn't even the biggest film of its OW since kingdom2 was also releasing.

Towards the end of it but won't really make much of a difference. MCU films can't attract anyone outside their niche in Japan anyway so I do not really think it makes any difference where they release. Will take some PLF and screens away from mario/conan though.

All the IMAX/4D screens for mario seem to be 3D. Really weird.

Been about 2 hours for TOHO/5 hours for movix theaters. Not impressed by the initial burst. No queue on any chain and no big sales for friday for the first few hours. Maybe it picks up later in the day with kids and stuff but eh. Saturday should be better.

Friday is holiday? Usually golden week Friday and Saturday are on par or is there big jumps?
