Actually my bad, tomorrow is a different holiday, obon technically starts on saturday but they basically go together for a long holiday this year so I mixed them up.

A simple calculation speaks that Red will cross Z by the end of Sun/Mon If I remember correctly, then JJK had a steep 2nd Weekend drop because of New Year falling on Sat+Discount Day

6b by sunday should happen, they have an expensive giveaway and a stage greeting on saturday so it shouldn't collapse or anything just yet. JJK dropped pretty sharp on 2nd weekend due to holidays so I guess OP should easily hold better (but likely falls sharper afterwards).

 

Leg wise I'm a little worried since wed jump was pretty weak today, let's see how it does over the holidays I guess.

Talking about Records... OPR's theme by ADO is currently #1 in World Charts on Apple Music Store.  Ofcourse, It won't affect box office much.. but who knows.  Other Singles which were released yesterday on YouTube are climbing fast too.

Though, I expected RED to perform well. It did 2x more than my expectations. Music Scores are good + Shanks Hype is a game changer. Probably, will take 2022 Crown from JJK (¥13.80B). 

 

Ever, since pandemic ended, we had four ¥10B+ Grosser (one imported). If Nov special screening goes well, then Conan 2022 will also reach ¥10B. Well, RED should reach ¥10B before Sep. ~guess-estimate. 

 

Combining everything, we should have six ¥10B+ grosser by 2022. Of which, four films are from 2022
