He only said that 18-20B was a possibility, with 20B as the highest range. It could get there, but it's not a prediction. Obon holiday is over. And if I'm not mistaken, OP has a tendency to be frontloaded.

This OP film definitely is holding better than normal, but yeah, nothing to suggest a finish that high so far I'd say. Maybe if it starts surprising with some very strong late legs, but as of right now, that seems too high to me.
