and EndGame may truncate the late legs.

Not necessarily.  Black Panther only dropped 4% the weekend Infinity War was released.  So Infinity War actually boosted Black Panther.

Black Panther was released in Feb though, it was already 11 weeks into its run and the temp IW OW boost was followed by some of its biggest drops.

This is going to be 6 weeks in CM run.

AEG will open on CM's 8th w/e when it will probably be making about what BP did on it's 11th - or even less.

BP had 2 weeks of normal drops after it's AIW weekend boost (and it had a nice boost the w/e before in AIW anticipation).  It only had it's first huge drop when DP2 opened in it's 14th weekend after it had already come out on digital (May 8th) and BR/DVD (May 15th)

Many will see Captain Marvel who have little interest just to better understand End Game. I don't see it hurting it at all. Week 6,7, 8, and 9th all should be boosted.

I'll try the same. But I work most Sundays and my work-times often clash with the nearby offered screen-times (and the nearby cinemas are not good in equipment quality and offer only the translated version)

Btw, the soundtrack is the first ever I bought per itunes, usually I buy only audiobooks there. I do own a few soundtracks as CDs, but not for movies released the last 1 or 2 decades.

edit: btw :welcome: to the forums!

That is one of the few I recently watched too. Her presentation how to develop the 'face' is great!

Funny stuff.  Reminded me of Evans and Ruffalo describing and coaching the superhero pose at SDCC

I posted this in another thread. But I think it is relevant here to.

I just want to say that I am very happy for CM. With this second weekend in the bank nobody can take away its blockbuster status. That argument is over for good.

I think it’s also important to note that a good percentage of CM’s supporting cast is African American. In fact I thought SLJ carried a good part of this film.

Marvel dominates because they understand diversity and inclusion better than any other major movie franchise in cinema history. People can be mad if they want. Look at the results! I couldn’t be happier.

she truly comes off as lifeless in this interview. I am so glad it is not representative of her performance in the film.
