Jack Nevada
I think KK fits well to epoch movies, she has an old fashioned face. She could play a flapper girl.
ecstasy
I've seen where a lot of people who have never seen star wars have said KK and NP look alike. I don't think so but I've seen enough of their films to know them apart. It makes sense why they used both in SW
Jack Nevada
I have yet to see Bend it Like Beckham, which really kicked off her career. Plus the movie was a massive bo success.

fishstick
Getting Fr Parnassus vibe from this.
Jack Nevada
I didn't care for Dr. Parnassus. It looked cheap and overall it was kind of boring and messy.

Jack Nevada
Well, atleast this movie seems to have proper production value unlike Parnassus.
rb02
Looks fantastic. Gave me memories of the Illusionist (the Neil Burger directed movie) which I absolutely loved.

CoolioD1
Can't stand Keira and I can't stand Aaron Johnson. Looks pretty though.
fishstick
Can't stand Keira and I can't stand Aaron Johnson. Looks pretty though.Same here. Looks like a typical Oscar bait packaged in Artist-like gimmick only theater version. Makes pretty set of images but 2+ hours movie? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Boring. tonytr87
Looks well crafted, might garner a couple acting noms but that's it. I admire Wright for trying to experiment with such a stuffy genre, but I think it might be a futile effort because it still looks stuffy. Hard to get excited for something like this when you have Tarantino, P.T. Anderson, and a Spielberg/Day-Lewis collaboration in the awards race. Jack Nevada
What about the best costume design, art direction and cinematography categories?
tonytr87
^You're right. Let's say nominations for Actress, costumes, and art direction. Too much competition in the cinematography category.
