I rate A,B,C,D not that hard to follow. A/B positive. C/D negative. 


Anyways thats not why I came in this thread or wanted to post, but this follows me everywhere. 




Just wanted to say what makes this so good is how Pitt acts towards the team, he is the most confidant guy yet when he is around his daughter he is just as lost/unsure and wants to impress her like any other father.

I love this movie. It doesn't get the baseball right (ooh boy, does it ever not get the baseball right), but the acting and scripting are razor-sharp and the film never sags despite a lengthy run time. Brad Pitt's work as Billy Beane is admirably layered and introspective, giving the audience a glimpse into a character who is chasing some elusive conception of success that goes far beyond the more tangible success he never had as a younger man.

I re-watched it and I don't understand how someone who doesn't know anything about baseball can get into this movie.

Apparently such people exist though, as seen in this thread.
