elinio
I expect 5,5M-6M admissions for Monte-Cristo. The average per theater is very good. And people love the film (4.5/5 on allocine). Edited July 8 by elinio
titanic2187
The cinema week has some noticeable impact to the ATP for IO2. It was about $7.5 during OW but drop to $6.9 after cinema week.

In any case, the fact that the first day of previews was below IO2’s 3rd Sunday doesn’t bode too well

charlie Jatinder
At 5436K after 3rd week. Wk 1 - 1933K Wk 2 - 1916K Wk 3 - 1585K School holidays have started, a big holiday on Sunday. 4th weekend hold be great. I think should be easily 6.5M+ by end of Week 4, more likely closer to 7M. 8M+ admits is a lock. Possibly 9M+. 3
Grand Cine
Top 6 : 1) : Inside Out 2 : 1,585M (-17%) - 5,436M 2) : The Count of MonteCristo : 1,276M (+7%) - 2,463M 3) : Un P'tit Truc en Plus : 472K (-23%) - 8,887M 4) : A Quiet Place Day One : 239K (-40%) - 638K 5) : Horizon : 122K 6) : Bad Boys 4 : 119K (-39%) - 1,122M Incredible hold for IO2, 6th biggest 3rd week of all time for Hollywood movie , 2nd biggest this decade after Avatar 2. 8M is clearly a target at this point . If the movie plays like Minions 2 , Incredibles 2 or Toy Story 4 , it will finish between 8,7M-9M so yeah i'm agree with projection of Charlie . Good hold also for The Count even with a complete week this time. I think with great WOM the objective is to surpass Asterix (4,6 admissions) to be the 2nd biggest french movie of the decade behind the movie at the third place which will surpass 9M admits which is insane , he will finish on the top 15 of all time for french movies . Franchise record already for AQP Day One , will finish around 900K maybe 950K , biggest horror movie since The Nun 2. Better opening for Horizon than other countries. This week, big test for IO2 with the beginning of DM4 , around 240K previews for the movie the last three days. I expect around 200K OD , 440K with previews. @charlie Jatinder however the 14th July which is the National Day will be less impact because it's on Sunday and i saw the last time which was the case and it was just a little jump Sat/Sun.

Expectation almost in line : 208K admissions for DM4 , ahead of IO2, 458K with previews. I expect 1,2M admission for full week, 1,45K with previews , at the same time better than Minions 2 (1,36M with previews) but also behind without previews (1,27M)

elinio
Yesterday (saturday) Monte-Cristo had more admissions than DM4, i'm not surprised with 1,15m admissions for DM4. Minions 2 made 1,36M admissions the first week, DM4 will be close to this number. Edited July 14 by elinio
