zozo
Is it possible to have a Valerian sequel? The box office numbers, not so good (even in international level, outside of France). Wiki say he wants it (well, wiki not always reliable) . Anything in the French media about that?

I hoped that Asian (Chinese especially) box office result will be better and helping for a sequel (like Warcaft)... but sadly wasn't big success there either. Until then: back to the Valerian comics. el sid
Insidious 4 had 65.966 admissions according to jpbox-office.com on its release day in France (Wednesday). Seems to be quite good I guess compared to the other parts of the series, no? Projected onto this number Cine-directors.net predicts 300k admissions over the first week. Its 5th was 380k which TLJ will not reach (probably). SW7 made 1,2M admissions after its 4th, TLJ could get 1M. Maybe it can reach 7,5M (-30%). Will be tough, though. Still, it passed DM3 (5,6M) and is the biggest movie of the year. Coco is 20% behind Moana. Its 6th WE is much higher (Moana 218k) but Coco apparantly had help by holiday. It should reach 4,5M admissions for 4th 2017 (could become 3rd, too, with more than 4,57M).
