Yeah, the discount coupons are government issued subsidies aimed to stimulate cinemas. I.e. admissions and gross go up. Cinemas might even raise prices due to the subsidy discounts which often happens with subsidies but I would be surprised if the government hasn't safeguards for it. ATP is either same or up.
