Insidious: 1,993 showings, 61,089 admissions, 30.7 PSA

The Flash: 15.5

ATSV: 17.6

Indy 5: 27.2

 

Wouldn't read too much into it since some movies are more frontloaded and get better PSA initially before fading quickly during the OW.

Some very interesting numbers, Barbie and Insidious both look very frontloaded to me. For example MI7 had an admissions start of around 34% of its PS total last week, meanwhile Barbie starts with 66% and Insidious 60%. Could bode well for Elemental's weekend if these two drop quickly. It only lost 14 screens versus yesterday too while MI7 dropped a hefty 332 (of course showing count will probably be down more proportionally).

CGV starts - Thursday 00:20

Yeah it's a mystery, CGV lists it as having released today so surely the chain must be showing it. 3k showings is a lot for not a single one being at the biggest chain.

They update every 2 hours (9,11,1.3,5 etc) and you can only access the new day by manually changing the date in the second number I've highlighted.   (tomorrow replace the last 0 with a 1 etc)

Wow Conan is extremely PS heavy, its walkups are worse than Elemental's today. Barbie's and Insidious's aren't great either I don't think they'll be sticking around long.

Most of these franchise anime films operate no differently than they do in the US, stuff like slam dunk or even DS are not the norm, so don't worry too much about conan, it won't really impact elemental much and will fade away pretty quick.
