If you want to make that comparison then MOS made 377M with a 225M budget (this is the OS thread), PR made 309M from a 190M budget, which is a very similar ratio. Obviously PR did badly DOM. About a third of SR budget was sunk costs from the previous 10 years of WB trying to make a Superman film (Nic Cage's 20m play-or-play deal from 1998 is factored in for example).
