One of my all-time favorites and worth the subtitles.

I read the book. I saw it on Netflix streaming a while ago. I think I'll give it a try when I'm in the mood for subtitles.

Lousy opening for Ice Age, but its domestic performance is about as irrelevant as it can be for a domestically-produced movie.Are the voice dubs just that much better overseas?

I've always thought Ice Age's enormous success overseas had a lot to do with Scrat, the biggest selling point of the film, not requiring dubbing. The Mr. Bean films were also big overseas for that same reason; there's basically no language barrier to overcome. Edited by Biggestgeekever

I predicted 33-35 mill last week because it was so obvious that it has great WOM and when nothing big opens this weekend this could have a greater than usual hold. Some movies increased over 60%% against DH2.

Why should TASM not do better than that against IA4?
