MovieGuyKyle17
No Community & Parks & Rec? Why don't the Emmy's nominated the 2 best comedies on TV??? COME ON. Its a lot harder to make people laugh in a single cam comedy then it is for a muti-cam sitcom. (TALKING TO YOU BIG BANG THEORY)
MovieGuyKyle17
Why nominated Jon Cryer? He's not really acting, I hate the Emmy's, they didn't seem to recognize the right shows this year.
CoolioD1
Best nomination: Hector Salamanca got nominated in guest actor. HAHAHA WTF?? DINGDINGDINGDING.Seriously though, the comedy nominations are usually bad (though I love that writing category) but I'm happy for GIRLS and VEEP for getting into series. The drama side is mostly great stuff as usual, a little too much Downton Abbey love, oh and I don't know how GOT doesn't get a directing nomination for that Blackwater episode, but whatever - JARED HARRIS! MovieGuyKyle17
Seriously they screwed up the comedy nominations just like they did last year with the nomination of Glee. I consider Glee a drama not a comedy.

rockNrollaDIM
Like all the love for VEEP and GAME CHANGE (that thing is gonna sweep).Esposito should WIN for his role as Gus, though Aaron Paul is great too.Didn't know Amy Poehler actually wrote for Parks and Rec too. CoolioD1
Parks and Rec was actually nominated last year. It's weird it didn't get in this year, since I thought it was much better.
cozmeesah
That Drama Series category is brutal. In the "I'd hate to have to be the one to choose the best out of those" brutal way. All very solid shows. HBO and AMC are soooo much better overall with their drama series than any other networks. It's a real shame that Modern Family always has to hog 4 nods in the supporting actor category because I would have loved to see Nick Offerman or Chris Pratt get in there.

I like Modern Family but it shouldn't hog all the supporting actor nods. This was my reaction to Community nor Parks and Recreation not getting nominated. iceroll
It's about time Aaron Paul got some Emmy recognition for Jessie Pinkman! Modern Family dominates again in the supporting actor/actress categories.
CoolioD1
It's about time Aaron Paul got some Emmy recognition for Jessie Pinkman! He's already won an Emmy for that role. I hope Gus wins this year.
rockNrollaDIM
Continuing Sons of Anarchy snub is really something else though. It's such a good show. At least throw Katy Sagal a nom, she won the globe for chrissake. Edited July 19, 2012 by The aDIM Legacy

It's only got one less nomination than MM and all awards shows love British period dramas.
