Blankments
I'll take March 19 for my untitled time travel comedy directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. It's live-action by the way.
Impact
Vast Dark 4-despite the fact it was called trilogy :lol:I do expect a epic drop though as the 3rd one had terrible WOM.
Alpha
Slenderman on August 27, directed by David Fincher.
The Dark Alfred
WoM doesn't really matter when it comes to horror franchises. PA3 was utter rubbish, but people will show up for the fourth. Surely VD4 won't open 56m, but 35m+ is a safe bet. Impact
I say 30M-35M. At highest 35M. It wouldn't surprise me if it opened as low as 20M.
Alpha
I'd say 25M opening, then the highest it could go would be 75M.
Impact
It woudln't have a 3 multiplier when the last one had less then a 1.9.
Alpha
Anyways, Slenderman starts Edward Norton and Drew Barrymore, still going for Aug 27.
The Dark Alfred
I'm sorry, but a Halloween tentpole won't drop from 56m OW to below 30m. Just look at how consistent the Saw films were until PA came along. As of the multiplier, it all depends on how good the film is. It can have good multiplier, the first two got good reception and the fourth film will go back to that route.
Alpha
What if the 4th is good? It could do that, could it?
Impact
It wont have a better multiplier is all so yeah ;)Anyway, at least it makes more sense then 13th Night part whatever
Alpha
Could be that fanboy expectations will make it fall hard, even if the movie is good. 25M OW, then ends with 55M.
Alpha
Can I create a second film? If so, I'm adding the UNTITLED FOLK TALE ANIMATED COMEDY for July 9, it's about a bunch of folk tales who are really screwed-up individuals who do their jobs for money. Alpha
Renaming the folk tale animated comedy PSYCHOTALE, and now moving back to July 2. Also, Slenderman is pushed to Labor Day Weekend, so it won't conflict with Plastic-Man if it holds well.
Blankments
What will Slenderman be rated, R or PG-13? I'd assume R, but I have no idea.

An animated adaption of Psychonauts is coming out in the fall.

riczhang
Could I get an Untitled Blockbuster placed on Thanksgiving weekend, 24 November? Thanks. I'll take it off it Cook objects, but I think that an animation, and a live-action blockbuster style action flick can survive on the same date.
