Weekend numbers Oct 19-21

It's RT is 68%, higher than the second one. So, I don't think that is the reason. People liked PA3 just fine.

I disagree. Plenty of people hated PA3, IMO it's one of those movies where the RT score didn't reflect the publics view of it at all. It promised answers an basically gave out nothing interesting.

PA2 grossed 13.8m for Friday without midnights and grossed another 64.6m after that (4.68x).PA3 grossed 18.3m for Friday without midnights and grossed another 77.7m after that (4.24x).If the 15m holds, then it made 10.5m for Friday without midnights. A 4x from here on will give it 57m finish.

Another big weekend :D I love it when the box office is interesting. And that Argo hold is incredible, the last time a film not in November or December increased was Shrek.

Shrek's 2nd weekend was Memorial Day Holiday weekend.
