The Final Presidential debate might have hurt the adult-oriented movies. I definitely expect big bumps today.

Last night there was Monday Night Football(One major market team), a seventh game of the NLCS, and the debate. I expect HUGE upticks today.

Argo fell more than expected. The debate coverage hurt it the most i assume. Watched Argo on Sunday and absolutely loved it, a very well made movie.

It's the best movie I've seen in over a year. Since the movie was older skewed, it was probably very hurt the most. I definitely expect a big increase today.

I'm going to see Argo tonight.Suprised it dropped so much yedsterday, but the debate explanation makes a ton of sense. Something like 50 million viewers, and that was probably a slightly older and more educated group that would be more likely to see something like Argo than something like Piranha 3DD.

Kitik definitely has a point. Someone close I know who works at the movie theaters told me that Argo's beating Paranormal today.
