Disney's Greed: Anyone Else Worried? (An Essay)

Great essay, I can see that it was written by a talented person. Greed will ruin Disney, no matter how much money they have, I think that another 50 years and Disney will no longer exist. I am a fan of Frida Kahlo and just like you love to write essays check this, I will be very pleased if you appreciate my free examples, I try very hard they would not want to make life easier for students, since my essays are free, you can take them for college.

Can't speak for 50 years from now but in the near term, Disney will do just fine. They are the best positioned among all the studios to weather the remaining vestiges of this pandemic and the shift to streaming for feature films. Their IP is gold and the spinoffs of spinoffs are minting more money for them (What If, Book of Boba, etc.).

I am worried about the lack of paragraph on a long essay.

We did learn since then I feel like, for one many Star Wars movie where independent movie fully self financed (not only they have the previous success money but the merchandise deal for those are much higher than the production cost) after the first one and no someone financing a movie does not mean they get updated of what goes on. They were even rumors than marketing on the prequels was on LucasArt (but again it was probably mostly paid via the merchandising deal)

But indie film it is, perhaps the biggest and most expensive indie film ever made, completely financed and created outside the Hollywoodland studio system by Lucasfilm Ltd.

Back when I wrote the quoted post, I did not know that Fox only financed the first Star Wars movie, and that the sequels and prequels were financed by George Lucas through Lucasfilm.

Everyone that was here 9 year's ago and still here now will know way more now than back then.

 

Reading a 2012 message where disney animation is not on top need some mental work going back, Frozen was right at the corner and the Pixar acquisition/Lasseter use to reput Disney Animation had already happen the moment that message was written, it was just not fully known yet.

It’s really hard to believe I have been here for over 9 years.

Love them or hate them they have had a PR nightmare this year. first with the controversial firing of Gina Carino ( I personally don't think anyone should be fire for their political views). and firing her probably hurt them as a company more than it helped.

 

And now the lawsuit from Scarlet Johansson which also seems to be pretty legit. 

 

For a company that seems to stand for women's rights and equality they seem to have alot of angry and mistreated female employees (or ex Employees in Carino's case)

It is not on that level. but I do know that hundreds of thousands of people canceled their Disney+ when Gina Carono was fired. I did. (I  gave in and re-added it later, cause it was when WandaVision was airing). but I read about and know people personally that did. ScarJoH. was not nearly as bad. but it doesn't look good. yeah its not on the level of The Weinstien Company. but they keep it up they are slowing alienating and losing fans.

I like your story. Issues with writing can take many different shapes, and they typically arise from a lack of understanding of the subject.
