I mean the reason KoTM is getting an extension is because all the huge Chinese films are being delayed due to censorship issues. There is an extension for KoTM so that there isn't a complete drought.

Shall bode well for ¥35-37mn Saturday for You Story 4. Spirited Away will mostly be 55-60.

that's 960+ yuan. impossible to get there though boxoffice is crazy. extension keeps 930 alive. 940 would shock me honestly ($136-137).

Toy story 4 looking for 100% growth to ¥35-36mn as was expected.

 

But, how suddenly SA is 60mn plus. It was looking to be flat best case in morning.

 

That said; PS for tommorow again good for TS4; shall be flat on Sunday. SA may drop 20-25% to 50-55mn.

KOTM on track for 100% bump from 4.76 Friday.

Was hoping for a bump like last Sat's 145%+. Thin it can still reach 11 (130%+) on Sat and do 9+ on Sun.

That is because many see SA as kid-friendly animated without realizing SA is quite a dark adult-themed animation which skewed older, Also, the target demo isn't kid, but the grown ups with memory of SA or at least heard of it.
