Yup. It picked up. I updated in the PS thread.

It edged out FF8's first day of PS. But it had 6 hours more time, plus a little last night, and twice the shows posted. At 2.08m with 40k shows. Its a good start

Audience don't think so though.

 

3 of the 5 movies broke the Opening Weekend record. 3 of the 5 movies are 1 billion grossers. Most of the time they get good WOM except JP 3. This result is after it not having a dedicated core fan base which could boost it up in social media or opening days or whatever, it solely depends upon General Audience and it's success shows GA likes it. So atleast according to General Audience, it isn't. Biggest proof is JW FK which had everything against it nearly beating BP & SW TLJ, both of then had everything with them. Even JP 3 did 360+ back in 2001 which shouldn't be half bad considering all the troubles it had to go through in production, release.

 

According to critics, JP is masterpiece, JW is entertaining, other 3 are bad. Yeah but critics lol. How many times critics have a movie negative ratings and movie becomes success and their positive review movies gets not many butts in the seats.

 

Besides you shouldn't be saying about critics considering you just gave Aladdin 8/10 calling it best Disney remake yet critics say it's bad. So don't quote critics, it won't work and will make you look hypocrite lmao.
