It’s a Huayi Brother project. You might recall that Wanda won’t give it too many showtimes. But there are still many box office followers starting to discuss the possible that Dangal beats GOTG2...

 

Don't think it can, but Dangal is an awesome movie, even if it does overdo with the dramatic tension at the end.

Really a disapointing number after the start we have had in 2017

It is an underwhelming number. But let us see how the weekend plays out. PS for tomorrow is same as today(around 30m). it needs a huge increase(like 50%) to 150m to redeem the weekend. Still 700m is the ceiling for the movie. if for some reason the sat increase is underwhelming(like 130m) then there is a chance that it drops in $ value from 1st film.

dangal is the best-reviewed imported movie since Zootopia, legs gonna be good given weak competitions next two weeks.

Ouch. Second movie (PR was the first) that I was rooting I was rooting for and is not looking good. Bummer!

Surprising how Aamir have such a huge fanbase in China now. Given that other Indian stars movies don't even earn 1/10th of what Aamir's movie earn there.
