WOW. So Dangal has crossed 1B by monday.

PS tomorrow seem well down from yesterday(like 1/3). There is a local film opening tomorrow and so Dangal is 3rd in PS(will probably finish 2nd). 1.1B finish without extension and depending on how openers do its potential with extension is quite good.

When do we usually know whether an extension will be granted?

Not a local film

Its Doreamon, a Japanese film. Doreamon is quite popular in China.

Fantastic number for Dangal... it will easily cross 1.1B by Saturday... and if it gets an extension, should finish with 1.2B+.

1.1B translates to around $160M, so Dangal made twice in China than it did in India!

I heard extension was already granted (mentioned it two or three pages back). Official extension notice is not released due to holiday break.

Hi, can you tell me why the multiplier is so low for Pirates 5?

i think cause it's off the 5-day as opposed to the usual 3-day ow.

TF5 will not be breaking FF7 OW record.

Run time just published at 3h2m.  It'll have 20% less shows with that length.

That's a shame. Would've been nice to see bigger numbers.

That sounds like hell.

I am not buying the 3 hour run time. Is it confirmed by Paramount. That will be a disaster for its BO WW.

That's what Google says. Not on BOM or IMDB yet. The last one was 2:45, so "why not" Bay must have said.
