Or maybe just  a crack down on the skimming of box office receipts by distributors  exhibitors - which I always think of when estimates get revised consistently down.

Why don't you include Vietnam in while you at it? 

Puerto Rico is still U.S. territory. Laos is an independent country.

that looks right.  18-22m per hour, 20m average. then the fade that makes it a 17m average for the 10hours from 12-10pm

I find it strange that Hong Kong is still spoken of as an independent entity, since it has been handed back to China two decades ago. Taiwan is also *on paper* part of China.
