And PS have now passed Yesterday’s Maoyan for the total. Funny stuff. I also hope it can get around 20, but thinking the LRF shows starting at 18:00 could throw off usual patterns.

The good thing is that Soul has done most of it's buisness before 6pm anyway during the past weekdays.

Isn't today weekday??? Let's wait for if tomorrow can reach 35%

Yeah today's New Year eve, though not sure if the benefit will be only on night shows or its full day thing.

Endgame first Fri occupancy 27.8%, Sat 35.0%

that's different scenario. EG had those high occupancies at 200k plus shows, Soul hasn't cleared 20% yet on even 30k shows.

I truly have no idea how the night will play out. Maybe it gets crushed by show loss and ends 13. Maybe it has enough shows left for a high nighttime occupancy and get to 16. I guess more 13.5-14.5, but would not be truly shocked by either extreme.

Missing 15 would be less than I hoped for, but it’s hard to take away too much from a weekday holiday with like 500M of new openers. Weekend will be a straightforward test.

Weekend will still be hurt by lack of shows, so may be weekdays.

But my issue isn't the daily collection trend but the occupancy. You basically have that really good trend because you have high occupancy on low shows, and every day shows keep increasing and collection keep increasing. Here occupancy is at very low level despite shows being super low.

If it behaves normal after 6pm it should go higher.
It pacing 1 mill pr hour and its still not 5pm

the noon was very avg today, that basically mean the collection we see were pre-sales for night shows. the pace has died, it will be 12mn approx at 18:00, may be add a million more after that.
