Next Friday Ralph and Johnny looks weak (relatively, <50m OD for the two), and Friday after basically nothing opens.

Hard to say. Out of the Disney animated films, only Zootopia and Coco have done exceptionally well. Otherwise, they seem to gross around $50 million or less. It could have a low opening and a very high multiplier if it's very well received (>9.5 on Maoyan).

What Venom will do in the 2nd weekend could have made a good opening weekend for it (or any CBM for that matter) - $55+ ow, above average 2x multi, $110 total - and no one would have complained much.

that's a very good increase.

still have to say sub-40 usd ow is underwhelming and 70 usd total (1.8x with say 39 usd ow) is not locked.
