Whelp.  Reportedly a Korean source says China wouldn't allow his charter.  If so, what an embarrassing situation.

 

OTOH it would be better than having a personal emergency.

Yeah, sorry.  It didn't make any sense why they'd change position on him and so late in the process.  So far I haven't seen anything but the Korean source which looks more like a guess than any factual evidence.
