Olive
Thursday est. 1. Guardians 11.3M/1.84M, Total 483M/$78.5M. 2. Hercules 11.1M/1.8M, total 38.4M/$6.2M Lucy midnights should be around 50% of GOTG, 25-30M yuan OD likely
Quigley
GotG dropped an estimated 46% from last Thursday. A bit suprising since one would expect midnight showings for Lucy to cause a larger decrease for other films. We'll see when actuals come out. Olive
Entergroup numbers are lower since the beginning of this month. This source is more accurate. http://weibo.com/1099943125/Bt3XMyM9u?ref=home GOTG total as of Thursday is 486M yuan. And Hercules did worse than I expected, 200M yuan total is not happening. Olive
GOTG will be around 520M/$84.5M yuan after Sunday. I hope it can make another 30M yuan next week, but I'm afraid it will lose all screens when Maze Runner,Turtles and some local movie open next week.

keysersoze123
Hercules is one of the few flops in china. Almost everything does ok there. Even need for speed did like 50M. Maze runner should do well for sure. I am thinking 50M gross is possible.
LexJoker
Hercules should have been released last friday.
TalismanRing
Hercules is one of the few flops in china. Almost everything does ok there. Even need for speed did like 50M. Maze runner should do well for sure. I am thinking 50M gross is possible. From what I can recall, Need For Speed had very spare competition in addition to the game being very popular in China. Hercules got a really bad date - a mid week opening in Oct - sandwiched between GOTG and Lucy just 2 days later.

Quigley
Good for Lucy and Guardians. Awful for Hercules. It's quite bad for Guardians too. I mean at this point, $8M is the best-case scenario for the weekend. That's a 62% drop from last weekend.
