Whether Spidey breaches 600 will depend on how the public embraces (or don't) the new Zhang Yimou movie "Coming Home."  Feels underwhelming so far in terms of buzz, certainly not being hotly anticipated as say, "Aftershock", back in the day.

ASM 2 clearly seems like a weekend movie here. I remember last week people saying the weekday numbers were awful but were surprised at the Friday bump

But that was its first Friday and Saturday wasn't it? It opened on a Sunday so I can see the first Friday and Saturday being huge. Hopefully we see a big increase this Friday.

I've just spoken with one of TF4's producers. Apparently the film's China release has now been moved up to June 25th, and the Shanghai premiere will be a week earlier than that.
