Lihongkim
YF opens against Tiny Times 4. So there will be a fierce battles ... among the fandoms ... Paul Walker's dead course FF7 be super big BO hunter. Ke Chen Tung's drug arrest course Tiny Times 4.0 ...? All his scenes was cut. idk it will effect its box office. but audiences really want to see how GJM solve it without the male lead role. Talking about highest grossing actors in China 2015, 100% is Huang Bo. Maybe Huang Bo has no big role in LiHK. In my mind, The Ghouls will be bigger than LiHK. If not, it's just a bit less than. About new performer, ex-EXO member Wu Yifan (Kris) is the new wave of B.O hunter. Just start acting career, Kris has 4 movies release this year : 1. Somewhere Only We Know : 283m 2. Passion Heaven : ? 3. So You Are Still Here : ? 4. Fading Wave : ? IMO, 40B $6.45B (quite a few major releases from the rest of the year fail to live up to the hype) ~ 45B $7.25B (almost all major releases from the rest of the year live up to the hype) What the crazy jump... Great China, will catch N.A soon.

Infernus
Films that have failed to live up to the hype this year so far: Dragon Blade (General expectation: 1B+; actuals: 738m) Zhong Kui - Snow Girl And The Dark Crystal (General expectation: 1B+; actuals: 404m) Somewhere Only We Know (General expectation: 400m+; actuals: 280m) Dad Where Are We Going 2 (General expectation: 500m+; actuals: 221m) Silent Separation (General expectation: 700m; actuals: 370m) Helios (General expectation: 400m; actuals: 230m) Besides that, Let's Get Married, Lost and Love, Ever Since We Love and Kungfu Hustle 3D, among others, also posted softer than expected numbers. And what are the films that have performed as per high expectations or even exceeded them?

How did FF7 manage to get both 2D + 3D screens when the other blockbusters with 3D never had? And I meant to ask this earlier but have anyone seen FF7 in 3D and was it good? Olive
How did FF7 manage to get both 2D + 3D screens when the other blockbusters with 3D never had? And I meant to ask this earlier but have anyone seen FF7 in 3D and was it good? China Film Co. the biggest distributor in China has some investment on FF7. FF7 3D is 100x times worse than Marvel's which are already pretty bad, really dark. Edited May 6, 2015 by Johnny Storm
