It will not jump to 800 like IM3 has done, but I do not see so crazy to think in 500. mark my word: less than 400m is IMPOSSIBLE THOR is European-centric hero. It is not universal like IRON MAN which is also loved in Asia (Look at China + Korea's IM3 numbers). I predicted IM3 to do $350+$500M for a $850M. However I accept the high end prediction that it will do $1B WW. But THOR2? It iwll get a significant bump from THOR1 but not $500M OS. Thor was already a bit bigger than Iron Man 2 in Brazil, Mexico, and Russia, and just 2 million behind in Australia. In China, IM2 won 25 to 15 and in SK, 27 to 14, but as you said, Thor is bigger in many European countries. Iron Man has obviously more appealing than Thor because Robert Downey Jr. but IM3 has jumped 500 million OS when IM2 just jumped 46. TA is obviously the factor.
