Watching Star Wars in a new way.

The "Machete Order" sounds interesting. I might have to try it. There's also Drew McWeeny's 4-5-1-2-3-6 order, which he just tried with his two young boys (who are big "Clone Wars" fans). The jist of it is that for kids who like the cartoons but don't know the bigger, overall story, it works really well to introduce them to Luke's story, then after the huge EMPIRE reveal, use the prequels for a nice big "flashback" backstory, then finish up with JEDI, which ties up Anakin's story in a nice conclusion. And, of course, for kids, the TPM drawbacks are probably strengths. But for anyone who's older than the TPM demographic, release order or the Machete Order makes most sense.
