2 things surprise me with those numbers, MI3D dropped nearly a quarter million from estimates, just bad for a movie that opened under 5 mil.2nd is that Taken 2 is still in theaters. I haven't really looked down past the top 10 or 12 in a while, but I thout it was long gone by now.

I'd love to know the average cost Disney spent on each 3D re-release. 3D re-release so far were all easy cash-grabs, but since each made less than the previous one, maybe one day Disney will find one re-release unable to bring the cost back, and stop doing that anymore.

too bad most of the hold overs are being slaughtered in their theater counts tomorrow.... I know that at my regular theater they are doing away with anything pre-skyfall that they still had and only 1 showing for Pi.... but Circ is going from 2 showing to 3 screens and all day screenings so maybe it did well here?

Skyfall and LOP are losing big number of screens. :(
