estimate for MI5 in spain???

These are the numbers of the 4 previous films:

MI: 3,141,962 admissions - 9,997,005 €

MI2: 3,372,446 adm - 13,246,773 €

MI3: 1,324,539 adm - 7,058,955 €

MI4: 1,111,242 adm - 7,154,032 €

The two first parts figures were done in a period when people use to go much more to cinemas than now. You should expect similar numbers to parts 3 and 4.

TOP 5 Weekend Estimates:

1-MISION IMPOSSIBLE 1,6M€

2- INSIDE OUT 1,1M€

3-TED 2 0,4M€

4- PAPER TOWN 0,4M€

5- MINIONS 0,3M€

Thank you, Henry :)

For the record, MI4 started with €2m in December 2011.

Inside Out drops about a 30% relative last weekend. Cume should be about €13.5m. With current trend, it should finish with about 16.5-17 million €. Minions total should be close to €22m right now, a really impressive figure for an animated film, just behind Shrek 2 (€28.2m), Toy Story 3 (€25m), Up (€24.9m) and Nemo (€23.8m), and nearly on par with Shrek 3 (€22.3m).

I do not think it will do much more. This weekend it has done 300k coming from 577k, so nearly a 50% drop. Maybe another 500k, maybe bordering €22.5m and close to 4 million admissions.

Can IO get to 21M ?

1.7 million more from a 0.4 weekend? Capture the flag, released this weekend, is direct competition, and IO has dropped about 30s% this weekend relative to previous one. It could reach that amount, but it is not locked.

Thank you very much for the data.

Glad to see 3 films over €20m (Inside Out will reach it). And we will have more this year.

For the record, in 2014 we only had one (it was 8AV, which did). In 2013 there was no one. And in 2012 we had 3 (The Impossible, BD2 and Hobbit). Just in 2001 (FOTR, The Others, HP1, Torrente 2), 2003 (ROTK, Finding Nemo, Mortadelo y Filemón and POTC) and 2009 (Avatar, Up, Agora and Ice Age 3) we had 4 films over €20m.

Until the end of the year we could see Regression, 8 Apellidos Catalanes, The good dinosaur or Star Wars doing over €20m. With another two reaching €20m, we would have a record, strange thing to see in the Spanish market.

Wow, Minions crosed 23m in Spain? I thought it's not crossing 22,5m euro!

Does this make it in the top 5 animated films of all time in spain?
