Absolutely incredible movie. It was released here in early February in theaters and it is already on Netflix and I decided to give it a watch and holy fucking shit.

That is "Verónica", isn't it? I have not seen it. I do not like horror films. But I have heard that some people have had to stop watching it. Extremely scary.

WTF, I have just seen it has a 100% in Rotten Tomatoes. There are just 12 reviews, but still remarkable. Maybe I will see it...

13th-15th April:

1. Campeones (local film): €2,011,276 (+2%) - 2nd - €4,737,414 cume

2. Rampage: €1,094,758 - NEW

3. Ready Player One: €693,049 (-44%) - 3rd - €5,644,600 cume

4. Peter Rabbit: €491,383 (-44%) - 4th - €5,977,201 cume

5. Crooked house: €391,308 - NEW

"Campeones" has increased relative to OW and the WOM seems very good. Even with IW and other possible strong competitors it is hard to say where it can finish, even more with Fiesta del Cine coming within 3 weeks. It seems we have another local hit, something that is becoming very common during last years.

April 27th-29th (Provisional data)

1. Infinity War: €6.8m

2. Campeones: €1.6m

3. A quiet place: €0.4m

4. Game night: €0.3m

5. Peter Rabbit: €0.2m

IW increases a 28% relative to TA OW in local currency. TA opened the same day 6 years ago (April 27th) and it finished with €16,247,441 ($19.6m with current ER) and 2,393,746 admissions sold.

Campeones is defintely the current phenomenon. It has finished its 4th weekend and it has increased relative to 3rd one even facing Avengers opening. After 3rd weekend it was at €6.9m. It should already be over €9m.

It already has a x4.8 multiplier relative to OW. If it is able to keep 20-25% drops from now, it should fly over €15m... and who knows if it could be able to beat IW at the end of its run.

17. The Incredible Hulk: €4,895,584

18. Ant-Man: €3,811,824

IMHO:

- IW will easily top the MCU ranking.

- IW will enter in top 10 in admissions ever for SH genre. I am thinking in 3.0-3.5m admissions because we have next week Fiesta del Cine (€2.90 tickets during Mon-Wed period) which should boost the amount in admissions.

- IW will compete with The Incredibles for #2 spot of SH genre unadjusted.

Weekend May 4-6th (provisional data):

1. Infinity War: €2.4m (-64.7%)

2. Campeones: €1.0 (-37%)

3. A quiet place: €0.2m (-58%)

4. 12 strong: €0.2m (NEW)

5. Blockers: €0.2m (NEW)

Both Campeones and IW are already over €10m.

Edit: IW was reported yesterday to be at $17.7m, what means €14.8m. Already over Ultron (€12.1m), and very close to TA (€16.2m). By Wednesday it will be done and going up to try to catch SM1 as the biggest SH film ever in gross (€22.7m). In admissions it is nearly impossible. Both Superman and Spider-man sold more than 5 million admissions. And Infinity War will not reach 4 million. But it will obviously be a great result for the genre in Spain.

Big drops, but expected since today starts "La Fiesta del Cine", with €2.90 tickets during next 3 days. The attendance to cinemas gets multiplied:

March 2014: 1,842,444 admissions sold

October 2014: 2,196,101

May 2015: 1,598,720

November 2015: 2,005,546

May 2016: 1,709,218

October 2016: 2,598,958

May 2017: 1,510,428

October 2017: 1,633,575

The 3 May editions average 1.6m admissions. Infinity War should sell 600k or 700k admissions that would mean about €2m more by the end of Wednesday.

3. A quiet place: €235,312 (€2,045,913) | 34,212 adm (317,627) - 3rd wknd (-51%)

10. Roman J. Israel, Esq: €100,417 (€100,417) | 14,919 adm (14,919) - NEW

Fiesta del Cine (May 2018): 1,648,638 admissions. On par to recent editions. I do not still have data by film, but Infinity War has been the most attended film. It should already be the biggest MCU film over TA, both in gross and admissions.

Edit: just trying to give data in a more clear way, but I see it seems a bit small. It will be bigger next time.

When you cut and paste the board automatically resizes.  Click on "Source" in your post and look at the size parameters of your image and just change it to make it bigger.  I just changed it from 500 width to 700.

Well, seeing that I have finally learnt to post this kind of charts (thank you @TalismanRing:) ), I post here the top 100 of all time unadjusted.

Infinty War ranks already #66, but it still should be able to jump to #40s with maybe €21m
