Wormow Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 March 24 - LegendDecember 15 - Angel Beats! In Your Memoryha
Alpha Posted February 1, 2013 Author Posted February 1, 2013 What genre is your Shipbreaker movie, Alpha?Epic sci-fi drama.
ChD Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Epic sci-fi drama. Right, move The Lost Runes of Ensgril to April 21 then.
Alpha Posted February 1, 2013 Author Posted February 1, 2013 I think we can safely say December is full :PAlso, Wormow, you're setting up a box office war with Numbers by scheduling Legend the same weekend as Fable 2.Go after Thanksgiving weekend.
Alpha Posted February 1, 2013 Author Posted February 1, 2013 Also, I can predict who will bomb in Decemner and who will win.
4815162342 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Also, I can predict who will bomb in Decemner and who will win. With 2 of the 3 films on Christmas weekend not opening until Christmas itself (Monday) and the third opening the Wednesday before (for a deflated OW) that will give the films from the previous weekend much better legs over the 3-day. I'm cool with that.

I'm new to this so I don't mind moving to whatever. Actually I'll just go with December 1.
4815162342 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 No, don't do December 1, that's a dead zone for any film trying to get strong box office. September and October are totally open for a box office draw and this game won't penalize a tentpole attempt for opening there if the components of it are good.
Ezen Baklattan Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 (edited) Alfred, Empire is an epic romance musical in a steam-punk esque late 19th century. What was your Thanksgiving film about? Edited February 1, 2013 by Spaghetti

The Dark Alfred Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Alfred, Empire is an epic romance in a steam-punk esque late 19th century. What was your Thanksgiving film about? It's a Native Ametrican themed action war drama, Last Mohican style, so probably will use Michael Mann. 1
Alpha Posted February 1, 2013 Author Posted February 1, 2013 Anyone using Nolan, Page and Yates next year?I'm using Nolan and Yates.
Alpha Posted February 2, 2013 Author Posted February 2, 2013 I'm replacing Outsiders with Contact.Contact will be the sci-fi event of the year. Except for Creators film which the title I can't remember.
The Creator Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Lol, you're going to have to talk to Numbers about that.,.he has Call Of Duty scheduled the week before Call of Duty and Existence can co-exist quite well together. There is some cross-over, no doubt, but enough differences that both should do extremely well. Extremely.
Alpha Posted February 2, 2013 Author Posted February 2, 2013 Bumping Throne Of Fire to next year. Based on how I want to write it, in real life it could never be completed in just 2 years. It'll be coming in summer of Year 8. Bumping Star Fox to Independence Day then.
Ezen Baklattan Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Not a good move, IMO. Starfox is animated, and that only gives The Blue Belt one competition free weekend.
Blankments Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 That also means I have to start looking for a new director for Flash 2...
