Ezen Baklattan
Isolation? Neeson plays a character named Arnold.
The Dark Alfred
More hint: The film is appearing in either Numbers or Andrews list. Also the film is appearing only one of those lists.
Blankments
Either Barricade or Daniel Rigger, but I have no idea.
riczhang
I thought it was Barricade at first but that's practically not possible. It makes some sense though.
The Dark Alfred
As the Giant said: The owls are not what they seem. Do not think logically. Expect the unexpected. Can't give you more hints. Will reveal my #1 in the morning.
The Dark Alfred
So if you read my HM, you see a film in Italics. I wanted to highlight the location, but that's not why that film ended up #1 on my list. I liked it immensely. So without any further ado: 1. CYBER

4815162342
At least Expedecade didn't take #1. Then there'd be some fireworks.
ChD
I pretty much knew it was Cyber lol... I just shut up so I wouldn't ruin the surprise.
The Dark Alfred
I thought the hints were obvious: 12th Man - Seattle Skilled in governing - this is the meaning of Cyber from the Greek word Wiener - The dude who was writing a lot about Cyber culture
4815162342
No, not obvious at all. Only one I see in hindsight is 12th Man in reference to the crowd at the Seahawks' stadium, which is supposed to be the most deafening crowd in the NFL the way the stadium is set up. ChD
For me, everything became obvious when I checked both lists and noticed that Cyber was missing from one. Strangely enough, it was missing from this list too, and since it is a Oscar contender, it only made sense that that movie is the first one. I didn't read the movie, but I also made some VERY STRANGE connections between the clues you gave and the review I read for it (I think it was Number's review since Cyber got raped in all positions)
