Impact
And random fact-shes the same age as my nephew. So a joke I made with a friend last night was-we should find her when she is older and get her and my nephew together....
The Movie Man
And Just wondering if I can get this thread PINNED as I think it would be a good, summary, thread, to stay at the top through the year.
Impact
Okay sure dude. BTW-anyone notice that lack of some big names last night?
Impact
Done. After animated feature I went "And I've seen all the winners so far...yes even animated short" Followed by "Well how often do I get to say that???" (And the fact that only 3 cats so far is why )
bryan
But on Ben's Speech? Was he just hyped up, nervious or just not a good speaker???Also saw on GMA, that Kelly interviewed then as they came off the stage and he spoke fast but not as hyped up as on the stage.Yep, could be, but for me it sounded natural and honest
MovieMan89
DDL was my favorite speech, which was unexpected since I usually find his award speeches boring. Wasn't expecting the great comedy/heartfelt mix.
riczhang
DDL was my favorite speech, which was unexpected since I usually find his award speeches boring. Wasn't expecting the great comedy/heartfelt mix. Yeah. I loved the Meryl joke. He seemed oddly nervous for a man that was 150% locked for his award. Impact
I was mixed on it, loved the winners but the show itself was okay. I was thinking "Nice no polticial refrences though" Till the end of the night. The opening number was just...odd...though I do laugh at Shatner's comments. I was hoping Theron would strangle him then Best presenter was The Avengers hands down. Witherspoon was not that bad. And my theory happened again-the prettiest actress got lead and supporting! (Though supporting there were 2 hotties-Hathaway and Adams )

Impact
Tarantino had one of the most odd speeches. I think someone had a catch of stage fright.
