CoolioD1
Kendrick should of won over Monique BWAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. It's a shame you're not able to judge actresses on their actual performances and just on what your dick thinks of them. CoolioD1
Sure, you'd still say she was better if you didn't totally have the hots for her. I believe you.
Jack Nevada
Never saw Precious, and probably never will. Fuck that, man. I dont need that shit in my life Edited February 28, 2013 by Jack Nevada
Gopher
I love Kendrick but she didn't do anything BSA-worthy in Up in the Air. She was good. Hell, Farmiga had more to work with in that film. How about they finally come around to giving Amy Adams an Oscar? With Russell's Abscam movie this year, maybe she has a shot.
Jake Gittes
I liked Up in the Air way more than Precious, but Mo'Nique deserved that one. And I agree that Farmiga had a better part than Kendrick in UITA.
CoolioD1
With Russell's Abscam movie this year, maybe she has a shot. I'm a disgusting pig since I really hope they keep the scene from the script with her masturbating.
Jack Nevada
Speaking of masturbating, what Lancaster Dodd's wife pulled in The Master ("Come for me, please") was just ruthless! I was like shit, thats not fair.
CoolioD1
What the fuck? In Adaptation I'm 95% sure that's David O. Russell as one of the people at Meryl's dinner party thing.
fishstick
There are tons of collective snubs which just shows sad state of Oscars. They award people who won`t ever repeat the feat while snubbing consistently great perfromers.
Jake Gittes
It took fish's appearance to remind me of LOTR as far as this topic goes. Andy Serkis for TTT and Sean Astin for ROTK, of course. Fuck, just thinking of that "but i can carry YOU!" moment gets me more emotional than I would like to admit.

riczhang
Also Adaptation is on right now and I just want to bring up again how much Cooper fucking rocks in this. And Cage should've won best actor and this should've won best screenplay imo. And Goddess Meryl How about they finally come around to giving Amy Adams an Oscar? With Russell's Abscam movie this year, maybe she has a shot. Is Abscam even coming this year? They haven't even begun to shoot yet, and despite the fact that O. Russell can shoot in about 30-50 days it'll still be very, very hard pressed for him to deliver by december. And the biggest objective snub of all time for BP (And probably any other category) is My Man Godfrey in 36. It got Director, Writing, Actor, Actress, Supporting Actor, and Supporting Actress and failed to make the BP line-up in a field of 10. Ezen Baklattan
Denis Lavant for Holy Motors. That guy was brilliant, and he deserved a win, let alone a nomination.
riczhang
I think we must mention Jean-Louis Trintignant for Amour, and Z. All the films in the Three Colours series for BP.
