A Marvel Fanboy
When DWA make sequels, they are just making some easy money. And when DWA make originals, they just cant find bankable franchises. what a 180 turn. Loonies are loonies. whoot
I don't know many loonies who loved Cars 2. I think I can literally count them on one hand. And I definitely don't know any loonies who loved the sequel slate.
iEye
I suggest you look at the previous page, there are people laughing that DWA has no sequels in the queue. hahaha... This is the reason for my comment.

hasanahmad
Latest Review: BRAVE would be a pretty good Dreamworks movie, but with the Pixar history we hope for so much more. June 14, 2012Full Review | Comment (1) Devin FaraciBadass Digest I know that this sounds like a very negative review of Brave, but it isn’t intended that way. The movie is deeply problematic... for a Pixar film. I don’t know that it’s fair to hold the movie to these standards, but I can’t help it. And even if it were not a Pixar movie,Brave would probably fall into the ‘pleasant diversion’ category - almost as good as How To Train Your Dragon. It would be a pretty good Dreamworks movie, but with the Pixar history we hope for so much more. Edited June 14, 2012 by Hasan Ahmad

Gideon
Dear god, I would love it if Pixar never put another sequel on their slate again. Strange but in a way, i think the same. From MonstersInc to Up, the road is "perfect" in a sense that each movie = new risks, new efforts, new world, new vision, new characters. Fresh & new. The opposite to PeterPan 3 or Aladdin-Jafar spinoff or whatever. If i said "strange" is because i love ToyStory saga and curious to see a TI2 but not MU. Sims
Am I the only one who thinks How to Train Your Dragon is a mediocre film? Extremely cookie cutter, typical Dreamworks groanfest. The score also never impressed me, not sure why crazy fans basically forced the Academy to nominate it.
