At least he didn't feel pain (I assume... haven't seen Scanners). And it's become so ubiquitous that it's typically used in a humorous context these days.

I'm not a huge fan of it, but this wasn't that bad. Intense, of course. But not near as gory as I was lead to believe. If anything, it was the screaming that made it sickening to watch. But the red wedding was worse IMO.

But at least he is more realistic than most shows of this type. People living in a time like this would probably have a very short lifespan. Lol

I'm not a huge fan of it, but this wasn't that bad. Intense, of course. But not near as gory as I was lead to believe. If anything, it was the screaming that made it sickening to watch. But the red wedding was worse IMO.

 

The screaming, plus the fact that this was a guy I had grown to really like over the course of the season, plus the mountain gleefully shouting out all the evil acts he committed as he brutally murdered him.

 

Between being quickly slit in the throat and having eyes gouged out and skull crushed, I'd easily go with the former.

Yup, nothing can be worse than the Red Wedding. It was a great sequence. Oberyn, we hardly knew ya.

 

Lol someone went fast forward crazy on that Sansa storyline! Now that she has made her identity public unlike in the books, what will stop King's Landing from attacking The Vale or blackballing Petyr as a treacherous traitor? Or will everyone in The Vale go Spider-Man 2 "Don't worry, Sansa, we'll keep your secret!!!"
