Jim Shorts
The Wall has been one of the better story lines this season. It's the Bran stuff that was an absolute snoozefest this season and last. It doesn't help that the two most boring characters in the show are his "guardians" or whatever. Hodor!
Spidey Freak
Her show accent isn't her real life one. Rose Leslie actually has a rather posh London accent, as opposed to her Northern wildling brogue on the show. Woof! Even better. I'm sure she'll be cast in a lot of Scots roles, though. Or Irish. Apparently Bran and Jojen are a thing among slash shippers. Or is it a canon relationship? I wouldn't know for sure as I sleep read through all the Bran "Poor Man's Princess Mononoke" POVs in the books. cozmeesah
Nah, just another silly slashThat is one thing I will never ever ever ever ever get... slash. Especially when they do it with real people. Fictional characters is one thing but actual people with real lives? Then even moreso when it becomes reality in their minds. No offense meant to anyone here that writes/reads/likes slash. Just... why? I don't understand.

It's only off-putting to me when it is siblings like Thor/Loki or Anna/Elsa. The same reason I have a problem with the Jon/Sansa shipping actually. 4815162342
There isn't that much GoT slash. Most popular are naturally Jon/Sam and Stannis/Davos. Another semi-popular one I have seen is Jon/Satin (who is apparently cut from the show). cozmeesah
Oh I don't think it's harmful, I don't mean to sound like I think that. I just don't understand the fascination. I don't get it personally.Whatever floats people's boats, I guess. I don't get it, therefore I don't read it. But people are more than welcome to write/read it if they're into it themselves. Doesn't affect me any.
darkelf
Great episode, Neil Marshall did an awesome job once again with a huge battle. I especially liked how he moved the camera using eagle eye perspective to bring us from one side of the wall to the other. He always brings something even more cinematic for the show I liked that they kept it on the wall for the whole episode, it was a great way to build suspense and for some of the deaths to have a bigger impact. Too bad for Pyp and Grenn but I guess some of them had to die. Ygritte killed by a kid, she knew nothing Also, I found myself rooting for Alliser which I never thought I would. Good job, show Can't wait for the finale!

ladyevenstar22
it was a great episode action was off the wall lol !! i love what happens on the wall personally as jon is a fav of mine the attack was well done and coordinated on both side, plus A+ to the director on how he filmed the battle , the scene was constantly busy with fights all over the place wildings and crows dying left and right ! when that anchor thingy grazed the wall and cut the wildings climbing i cheered woohoo i love how jon was assertive and took command and no one blinked an eye , goes to show they see him already as a natural leader then you had the crow in the tunnel say but he's not lord commander and the other guy swatted his opinion off like a fly basically saying not yet but for all intents and purpose we're following his orders aw jon and ygritte maybe he still knows nothing but he did know love awww thanks to her i had forgotten the attack by mance takes place over successive waves , at one point i was wondering where is mance btw frankly it was nice that the spotlight was square on the wall with no kings landing mention! KL is like the navel of the show which people focus too much on when the big picture is at the wall and beyond , its because the wall is there that those in KL can keep on bickering , that's one reason i love chapters where sam is reading stuff or maester aemon is recounting history his or that of the wall episode 10 is shaping up to be a barn burner !
Heretic
Very sad to see Ygritte go. One of my favourite characters. 'You know nothing, Jon Snow'. Excellent episode. Edited June 9, 2014 by Heretic

4815162342
She will they left tormund alive to They can use Tormund to fill much of Val's role, since in the show Tormund is prisoner at Castle Black instead of with Mance north of the Wall. It's 50/50 IMO. Also, someone give Neil Marshall blockbuster money for a movie. I want to see what he can come up with.
darkelf
I'd say Neil Marshall is a perfect fit for Assassin's Creed. Now, the question is: Is Assassin's Creed worthy of Neil Marshall?
Boxx93
Neil Marshall for a Star Wars movie. Now that would be something
