The person running the Advance Schedule has the responsibility for promptly maintaining and updating the films on the Advance Schedule. 2 Rules- 1) Once a person runs the Advance Schedule for a year, he must wait at least 5 game years before running it again. 2) The Advance Schedule cannot go up until the Part 1 thread of the previous year is concluded (Example- The Year 8 Advance Schedule cannot be started until Part 1 for Year 7 is completed). Hiccup, since we have broken the year into quarters, it is up to you whether you want to only use the Advance Schedule for each quarter as it comes (editing the first post to reflect each new quarter) or do the whole year at once. Everything else is flexible enough (my Fall films have no date planned at all since I have no tentpoles for Fall/Winter). Plus people have advance notice from the new Studio Plans thread what dates I am zooming for for Year 9.
