Jessie
I don't think Walter Mitty looks that great. Looks pretty shit IMO
Noctis
I wouldn't be surprised at all to see CF get nominated. But can we stop discussing who's gonna win? Gravity is locked to do it.
The Futurist
Why people stilll bother to post in this thread ? We all know the endgame already. Miss Congeniality has this covered. Next.
Jessie
I think Pacific Rim could actually win this. It takes real talent to make a 200m budget movie about big giant robots fighting big giant monsters look so.... dull

CoolioD1
World War Z over Man of Steel? Can't believe this bullshit. Anyway, predictions based on this: Gravity The Hobbit Iron Man 3 Pacific Rim Star Trek
Founder / Operator Shawn Robbins Posted December 5, 2013 Founder / Operator Share Posted December 5, 2013 World War Z over Man of Steel? Can't believe this bullshit. Anyway, predictions based on this: Gravity The Hobbit Iron Man 3 Pacific Rim Star Trek I agree with those 5 as the final. Seems like a lock for Gravity to win. grim22
Not surprised that MoS was snubbed. There was an industry movement against MoS prior to its release

Deathlife
Switch out IM3 for Thor and sounds good IMO, the "barrel of monkeys" scene in IM3 pretty much beats out everything in Thor 2. It's one of those scenes that you can't really tell how it was done. As someone said, true visual effects are the ones that the audiences can't pick out or the ones you just cant tell how they were done (ike Gravity). ChD
Man of steel had better special effects than half of the movies on the short list.
