flyingsolo
Really!?!? It looked like it belonged in Polar Express with that fake look, lol. What about renesme as she grows older in Jacob's imprinting scene? She had a weird look, too.Maybe they CGI'd just the eyes for the close-up? I didn't notice the eyes of the older Renesmes... I'll have to pay more attention next time.

fishstick
Real or CGI, nobody likes them. Fact. Reactions are negative across the board for that and talking wolves and that includes people who rate the movie 11/10 and A+++++++++++++++++++. filmnerdjamie
Funny. I remember this time 5 years ago when Happy Feet and Casino Royale were selling out to packed screenings. That's why HP2 isn't doing so hot. I call it "Gremlins 2 syndrome," i.e. huge pop-culture movie that waited too damn long for a sequel. By the time it finally came, tastes changed and nobody cared. Still not sure about how Muppets is going to do. Was visiting my sister last weekend and when a TV spot came on she said, "Oh I can't wait to see that!" I quickly replied, "Me too!" Her little ones, on the other hands (two girls aged 7 and 3 and a 1 year old boy), showed zero interest. Immortals...well...marketing promised a 300 clone, and it wasn't. Although I quite liked it. Jack & Jill...what else is there to say?

druv10
Strong start for BD1. I think we are looking at 140-145M OW but a chance at 150M OW. It can still hit 300M.
Captain Craig
Feet floped finally.I just didn't see anybody crying out for this movie. Not too unlike KFP2.
FilmBuff
This movie will probably finish like most Twilight films do in 295-305 million range. It won't break out of its hardcore fan-base. It's exactly like Harry Potter, cept the last HP had a 3D boost.
Trixie99
I think there's a very good chance it still hits 300 million. I think it's a great start as long as it stays above 70 million. Should at the very least hit 140 million OW.
