No... Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the least leggiest A+ movie.

Avengers multiplier: 3.00

Chamber of Secrets: 2.96

And yeah... It had a A+ cinema score.

Proof:

"According to opening night audience tracker CinemaScore, Chamber of Secrets garnered an A+ from moviegoers compared to the A that Sorcerer's Stone earned. Warner Bros.' exit polling had 91% of moviegoers rating the picture either "excellent" or "very good."

Oh yeah. I saw that before. HP: COS was the weakest of the series IMO.

Honestly Scary Movie 5 could have done worse so I'm still somewhat disappointed in America. It's going to be an uphill battle now for Croods to hit 200. Weird that it dropped as much as it did without any competition. Evil Dead died pretty quickly (what's the last horror movie that had decent legs? Cabin in the Woods?) but low 50s is great off a tiny budget so it's fine.

Solid expansion for Place Beyond the Pines. Not so much for Trance.

Trance could've done better if it didn't make a huge jump from 4 locations in NY/LA and instead gone for the slow expansion throughout April. Even Place Beyond The Pines could've done better (though that is a solid expansion).

That's great for Oblivion. If it doesn't drop too much with Iron Man coming, it might make 150M.

OS is going to be the saving factor, as domestic totals are likely to be not as impressive.

Universal kind of gave up on Oblivion making over $200M DOM when they started the generic ad campaign. Believe it or not, the most recent YouTube ads are in Spanish.
