  1. Just had a great idea for a CAYOM movie I'm going to do when school let's out. I never could have done it with the Pupaphobia franchise going on but I have an idea for a puppet film even bigger. Think Who Framed Roger Rabbit with puppets instead of toons. Not exactly original, but I'm excited to write it.

  2. Bronies are the kind of people who would just download the short off Youtube once someone put it up.

You are right, I forgot there would inevitably be a crappy taped-in-the-theater copy on YouTube that would be uploaded within minutes following a midnight showing of Degrassi that Bronies would eat up. But it couldn't imagine that it would hurt Degrassi's gross at all. But somehow I imagine going to see it in a packed theater opening night then a good 45% of the audience is gone once the short ends.
  3. I'm debating putting a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic short ahead of The Degrassi Movie. I don't really know the show that well, but I get the feeling I tack a short based on that show before Degrassi, Bronys will help boost it's opening weekend just to see the short. Wishful thinking there, eh?

  4. Pizza Boy signs on MCM Animation Studios

Pizza Boy Studios is proud to announce it's new partnership with MCM Animation Studios, a computer animation studio based in Dobbs Ferry, NY. As of now, Pizza Boy and MCM have agreed to a contract to produce 3 films, which Pizza Boy will co-fund and distribute while giving MCM full creative control.

MCM's first feature will be The Musicians of Bremen, a film adaptation of the Brothers Grimm folktale. The film follows a donkey, a dog, a cat and a rooster as they head to Bremen in hopes of becoming famous town musicians. The film expands the original German folktale and American-izes it, turning Bremen into a city similar to Las Vegas.

The Musicians of Bremen is due for summer year 3.

  5. Thanks, I am then going to tackle the Paper Mario games. (Which have the best battle systems out of any RPG IMO)

Ohh, in that case, should I move Degrassi closer to Thanksgiving or maybe even Christmas? Or do you think they will be able to duel a-OK?
  6. What are the family films in the holiday season? And furthermore, I'm guessing Degrassi is the family film that kicks off the season? I'm hoping to make this one a lot better than the original version of it in the first CAYOM. Besides, I always kind of thought it'd work better as a holiday movie than a summer movie like it originally was. (sort of interesting that way, since the movie takes place summer vacation... even though it's now spring break in this new version.)

  7. Chuck Norris: The Movie2 hours of him looking at you.Sadly though, this will never come out.It is way too awesome for the human eye to ever see.

Especially if it was 3D, that might kill people.

  10. Also, lets stop this BD1 has good WOM...ALL TWILIGHT MOVIES HAVE GOOD WOM FROM THE FANBASE. It's only after its gone on DVD do all the fans start criticising them.

Indeed, I remember when I was a senior in high school when New Moon came out, the reviewer in the school newspaper gave it a perfect 5/5 just because it was a Twilight movie. When the DVD came out, you didn't hear a single word aboutNew Moon. Nothing. Breaking Dawn is only two parts because Harry Potter did it, it's to squeeze more money out of one more film. The day Breaking Dawn Part 2 leaves theaters I will be celebrating with delight and hoping we don't get a The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner movie to follow up the saga.

  12. I'm retooling the first Degrassi movie as we speak and am wondering about a release date. I'm avoiding the Memorial Day weekend release date I did for it the first time around. I'm currently torn between mid-July or Thanksgiving. For those who remember it from the original CAYOM (it was the one was a road trip musical), what release date should I go with this time around? I'm really not sure.

  13. MCM Animation Studios shall return!

First up will be three animated films that are just plain average, or they could be better, I don't know. Then remakes of newt and Studio Cats, then I'll finally do the post Studio Cats MCM movies I planned on making before the shutdown.

  14. BobThePizzaBoy Studios

    Year 1
The Degrassi Movie (mid-July) - BobThePizzaBoy kicks off the new CAYOM with a remake of his first CAYOM project. The long-running Canadian teen drama comes to the big screen for the first time ever in a road trip musical comedy with songs written by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens. The Degrassi Movie is bound to be bigger than the show that inspired it and even bigger and better than the original version, released in Y36.
