Yup basically every other month is going to have a fanboy war.

    BvS

    Civil War

    X-men Apocalypse

    Suicide Squad

    Dr. Strange

    Rogue One

But can you guys list 10 movies from 2016 that will be fun to debate outside the above films?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows

    Ghostbusters 3

Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them

    Star Trek: Beyond

    HEY EVERYONE

THERE HAS BEEN SOME SPOILERS POSTED HERE, PERHAPS UNINTENTIONALLY.  BUT KEEP IN MIND, WHEN YOU POST ANYTHING IN HERE THAT IS FROM THE MOVIE, IT'S A SPOILER.  SO MOVIE LINES, SONGS PLAYED IN THE FILM, PLOT PIECES, ANYTHING....SO PLEASE BE DILIGENT WHEN POSTING IN HERE.

AS ALWAYS, IF YOU CONTINUE TO POST SPOILERS, YOU WILL ACCUMULATE POINTS.  PLEASE DON'T MAKE US ANGRY....YOU WOULDN'T LIKE US WHEN WE'RE ANGRY.

    Thank you.

Do quotes and Songs that featured in the trailers/tv spots count?

You said all MCU movies were sequels from that logic.  If GOTG is a sequel because it shares a universe with other MCU movies,  then Deadpool is an X-Men sequel because it shares a universe with other X-Men movies.  I'm not saying it is, just saying that from that logic, Deadpool would be considered a sequel...semantics...

Actually Deadpool is the first movie complete FOX-Men movie since the time line change and it officially has a new Universe designation so it's not a sequel even by that logic.

    Great year so far Fox!

Now did Deadpool beat Matrix Reloaded when adjusted?

Edit: It seems with estimates it barley beat it:

    1 Deadpool Fox $132,750,000 88.5% 3,558 $37,310 $150,000,000 2/12/16
    2 The Matrix Reloaded WB $132,410,800 32.6% 3,603 $36,749 $406,254,600 5/15/03

Does the Monday holiday not count when factoring the opening weekend total?
