I honestly think Venom can pull some good numbers in Brazil. They promoted the movie at our local Comic Con and we all went crazy about the trailer. It is a very popular character because of the Spider Man animated series.

One of the biggest pop culture sites in Brazil, Omelete, gave the movie 4 stars out of 5. The other two in the trilogy received 3 stars.
I don't think the reception is bad here. Most of the major critics didn't even publish their reviews yet. Some Youtuber called it "worst movie of 2022", but I'm sure it's just clickbait. If the major critics think it's a good movie, like Omelete did, the critics with less criteria will just follow.
