Feige doesn't shy away from his mistakes, he is not reactive. If anything, I expect them to confirm Eternals 2 with Chloe Zhao (unless the film is a massive BO disappointment, which doesn't look like)

Interesting. To me Phase 4 has some excellent writing so far (WV, Loki, SC), the script of Black Widow is good... Even some episodes of FATWS are very well written. It's the direction that might improve, in fact. Although I loved Cretton work in SC.
To be honest I think COVID may have impacted the quality especially for the shows. Will see Eternals, based on the reactions so far, this will be my type of jam.

China and USA are in a commercial and cultural war now. China will find any excuse to ban the most popular American films, the recent changes in legislation are proof of this.
And the Simu comments? C'mon, we can do better than that, I'm sure we can find a comment from 2012 where he said that he didn't like fries or something.

Coogler on the other hand has BP, Creed and Fruitvale station, all of which match the Critic score for Zhao's movies but even his lowest Audience score is a good bit higher..... I just don't get where the idea that she's a great director comes from.
She won everything this year.

Photography looks fantastic but I won't lie if I say I was mildly disappointed with the EpisodeVII vibes and Neo ala John Wick. I guess I was expecting something more groundbreaking.
and this is doing great among my generation... but we all have kids now so HBOmax is gonna hurt BO potential for sure.
Anyway, I watched Revelations back in the day without watching Reloaded first, this can only be better.

So I watched it and I loved it, it's 2.5h but I wish it was longer. Top 10 MCU for sure. Then I thought that maybe I'm a MCU fanboy or maybe expectations were too low but my wife also liked it and she is only a casual. I read the comments from people here in Spain and everyone seems to be liking it, more than the critics. Is it only because of the low expectations?
Anyway, I'm thinking of rewatching it next weekend.
