#MaryPoppinsReturns is definitely a sequel. 20 years later with kids grown up. AND THERE'S 2-D ANIMATION IN IT LIKE THE ORIGINAL! #D23Expo pic.twitter.com/S8DLY7cjJp

So they're not gonna confirm Mulan's new release date?

Yeah Mary Poppins Returns is going to be next year's Beauty and the Beast and make crazy $ at the box office. Footage looked great. pic.twitter.com/GA7tUJMIpu

I've always believed in Oz numbers for Mary Poppins. It seems like the obvious #1 for families during Christmas and the original movie's one of those movies that gets passed down from generation to generation where it's still an easily recognizable brand.

Also, I enjoyed the trailer but I sort of cracked up when I heard the sad rendition of "Sweet Dreams".
Is every trailer nowadays, gonna have a slow and sad rendition of famous songs? Is it bad I kinda like that trend?

November 2nd, actually.
QuoteThis one arrives from director Lasse Hallström and stars Misty Copeland, Mackenzie Foy, Morgan Freeman, Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Ellie Bamber and Miranda Hart
QuoteThis one looks to have very detailed set and costume design. The footage certainly has a fantasy element, but looks largely practical

Mulan and Dumbo in 2019. Nutcracker in 2018.
I guess it confirms Han Solo's staying put.

They're showing a release calendar onscreen of all the upcoming Disney releases. There's nothing new on it, quite yet, but it has placeholders for AVENGERS: UNTITLED (the fourth film) and STAR WARS: EPISODE IX

For those who care, Pops and I enjoyed Spider-Man: Homecoming quite a bit. (Although having two unsupervised 10-year olds loudly talk throughout the previews and the movie was AWFUL)

C-3PO enters and tells them Princesses they are needed
Quote"We'll be right there, R2!" says Ariel.
Quote"You know he hates being called that," says Cinderella. "We'll be right there, BB-8"
Why can't this movie come out NOW?

Every Disney princess ever walks back in a massive crowd!
Will they all be in CGI?
EDIT: Nvm, it's confirmed they're in CG. Pity.
